Return Policy
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all products excluding installed items such as pickups and wired pickguards. All products are backed by manufacturer's warrantee and must be returned in resaleable condition. Defective merchandise (in most cases) should be returned to the manufacture for replacement. Contact us first for instructions. Customer pays shipping on returned merchandise. If merchandise is found unusable due to manufacturer's defect or was not the product(s) ordered, customer will be reimbursed for shipping costs (Regular shipping only. Express shipping excluded and will not be reimbursed. International orders excluded.). Credit will be given on value of products only, less a return item fee of 15% after we determine condition of product(s). No refunds if product shows signs of wear. Customer may opt for a store credit. In this case no return fee will apply. No returns on built-to-order products.
Lost or Damaged
Aamp's is not responsible for packages
lost or damaged by the chosen shipper. If package is lost or damaged, we
will file a claim on the customer's behalf and a refund will be given after
the shipper issues a refund to us.
First Class International is not insured and customer is at their own risk when using this shipping method. There is no refund if package is lost or damage.
