Orders received by 3:00
PM PST be processed that day (exceptions: week before Christmas). All others
will be processed the following business day. Custom wired pickguards may
take 2 weeks to ship.
• We accept personal checks
(International orders excluded). Merchandise will be shipped after check
clears your bank.

use FEDEX and USPS online shipping for easy tracking and prompt delivery
times. (First Class International is NOT TRACKABLE!)

Class International is not insured and customer is at their own risk when
using this shipping method. No refunds for lost or damaged items.
• We will not ship to a unmatched
shipping address for International orders. Billing and shipping addresses
must be the same. We may ask for more information if we cannot verify the
order is from the authorized card holder.

Lost
or Damaged
Aamp's is not responsible
for packages lost or damaged by the chosen shipper. If package is lost
or damaged, we will file a claim on the customer's behalf and a refund
will be given after the shipper issues a refund to us for the insured amount.
